1) Click the button above to be routed to our portal.
2) Click "New Patient Registration" if this is your first time seeing us. Login if you
are already a patient or have booked before.
3) Fill out the registration information
4) Once you have logged into the portal, go to "My Appointments"
5) When booking an infusion, you must select Mary Kate as a provider. She is our
wonderful IV nurse.
6) Then select the infusion you would like to book - if you want an add on or
additional infusions, you will be able to write a description to include additional
requests.
7) Select the date and time you would like for your appointment and await
confirmation
